Role purpose and primary objective:

We are recruiting enthusiastic bench-based technical experts to perform a variety of molecular, cellular biology, and protein screening activities in support of the company's antibody therapeutic programs.

Core accountabilities (depending on the project area)


Molecular biology related to technology development (PCR, cloning, QC etc.).


Cell culture (maintenance, transfection, genotyping, screening).


Protein assays (target expression, antibody binding, biological activity)


Maintain high quality daily records and show good organisation of daily tasks.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:  E = Essential  D = Desirable

Educated to BSc or MSc level in a relevant discipline (cellular/molecular biology) (E)

Hands-on experience of molecular & cellular biology techniques (E)

High attention to detail, ability to multitask & good communication skills (E)

Highly organised, able to prioritise work, works well under pressure to meet deadlines (E)

Ability to work in a flexible, collaborative style with colleagues and teams within the company (E)

Ability to follow instructions accurately, efficiently & to work without supervision (E)

Embryonic stem cell culture and manipulation (D)

Next generation sequencing analysis (D)
